Humic Acid Fertilizer Production

Our organic fertilizer production line with advanced technology and mature process will be a very good choice for the production of humic acid fertilizer granules.

The process of manufacturing humic acid salt fertilizer typically involves the following steps:

  1. Preparing Raw Materials: Obtain appropriate amounts of animal and plant residues, such as straw, animal manure (e.g., cattle or chicken manure), and green manure plants. These materials serve as the primary source for producing humic acid salt fertilizer.

  2. Pretreatment: Clean, crush, and dry the raw materials. Cleaning removes impurities, crushing increases surface area for water contact, and drying ensures better decomposition during subsequent reactions.

  3. Extracting Humic Acid: Place the pretreated materials in a fermentation tank, add an appropriate amount of water, and control temperature and humidity to enable microbial fermentation under optimal conditions. During fermentation, organic matter in the materials is broken down by microorganisms, producing humic acid.

  4. Separating Humic Acid: After fermentation, separate humic acid from the liquid mixture using methods such as filtration and precipitation. This step is critical to preserving the structural integrity of humic acid.

  5. Concentration: Concentrate the extracted humic acid to the desired consistency. Common methods include evaporation (heating to reduce moisture) or spray drying (dispersing the solution into fine particles and drying).

  6. Granulation: Mix the concentrated humic acid with a binder and use a granulation machine to form uniform particles. Granulation improves storage stability and ease of transport.

  7. Drying: Dry the granulated fertilizer to reduce moisture to safe levels. Carefully control temperature and duration to avoid uneven heating, which can cause clumping or burning.

  8. Sieving: Screen the dried fertilizer to remove irregular particles, ensuring uniformity.

  9. Packaging: Package the qualified fertilizer in paper bags, woven bags, or other suitable containers for sale and storage.

  10. Storage and Transportation: Store packaged fertilizer in a cool, ventilated area, protected from sunlight and humidity. During transportation, prevent contamination and mold growth.

batch production of humic acid salt fertilizer requires meticulous attention to detail at every step to ensure product quality. As a natural substance, humic acid production and usage are subject to regulatory constraints, necessitating compliance with relevant standards and laws.
